CANCELLATION POLICY
A scheduled appointment is a time reserved exclusively for you. Preparations are often made in anticipation of that appointment and it is often impossible to slot in another client at the last moment. Understandably, unforeseeable events occur such as illness, extreme weather and emergencies which require appointments to be changed of cancelled. Missed or forgotten appointments will be charged a full fee. Charges for appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours will be considered individually.
